    And during my research, I read about this amazingly new app “Draw Something”, and how they had a scalable backend which scaled with the overnight success they experienced again and again and again … The article was not technical, but I just knew that they used something new and cool (read: No(t)SQL).

    And to make the story short, a few days later I read about Couchbase, and realized that this was the product that OMGPOP also used for Draw Something backend.

    So the decision was easy : We would go for the gold, and went for Couchbase Server.
